Child & Adolescent Care

Support built for the way young minds actually work.

Age-appropriate mental healthcare for children and teens, with guidance for parents built in.

Who this is for

  • Behavioural changes
  • School stress
  • Big emotions
  • Social confidence
  • Ages 6 to 17

What to expect

We use age-appropriate approaches, from play to guided conversation, to help young people make sense of their world. Parents are involved as partners throughout.

Every behaviour is a form of communication waiting to be understood.

Common questions

Will you tell me everything my child says?

We'll share what's needed to support them, while respecting their sense of privacy. Your therapist will explain this boundary clearly at the start.

How do I know if my child needs this?

If you're wondering, that's usually reason enough to have a first conversation.
